Your satisfaction matters to us. Each item is made individually for your order, so our return process differs from standard retail. Please review this policy before completing your purchase.

1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing or production error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos showing the issue

After review, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund, based on your preference.

We also cover items lost in transit once the loss is confirmed by the carrier.

2. Sizing Issues

Because each item is produced individually per order, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for sizing issues.

Please check our Size Guide carefully before placing your order.

3. Return Eligibility

We only accept returns for items that are:

• damaged
• defective
• incorrect
• or lost in transit (carrier-confirmed)

All returns require prior approval.
Items sent back without approval cannot be processed.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

• incorrect size ordered
• buyer’s remorse or change of mind
• customer mistakes during checkout
• worn, washed, or used items
• damage caused by improper care or self-inflicted damage
• unauthorized returns sent without approval

These conditions ensure the integrity of made-to-order production.

5. Shipping Costs

• If a return is approved, return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility depending on the situation.
• We will guide you through the process if a return becomes necessary.
• Important: Our business address is for legal correspondence only and is not a return address. Approved return instructions will be provided separately.

6. Cancellations

Because items are produced individually and production may begin shortly after purchase, orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

In rare cases, and solely at our discretion, we may accommodate a cancellation if production has not yet started. This is not guaranteed.
